REGISTRATION FOR OPEN WATER SWIMMING TRAINING

Open Water Swimming is getting popularized nowadays in the world. More than 10,000 various competition are held globally Looking at this popularity, International Olympic Committee (IOC) has included 10 km Open Water Swimming for men and women as an event since 2008 Beijing Olympic. Due to this popularity of Open Water Swimming in Western countries they are dominating Swimming events globally.

Geographically, India is vested with long coastal line of 7516 Km of which Maharashtra has got 720 Km coast line. Sea Swimming Coaching Centre at Juhu Chowpatty, Mumbai will be the First Sea Swimming Coaching Centre in India.

The fundamentals of fitness for Open Water Swimmers are Endurance, will Power, skill, Strength and Speed.

Taking this into consideration, National Institute of Swimming is preparing a plan for creating National and International level Open Water Swimmers.We are planning to organize special Swimming Coaching Camps at various venues in all over India.

The venues In Nagpur region are Nagpur, Ramtek & Bhandara etc.in comming days. Interested swimmers can register their names.After the finalising details(Fees, Duration,etc.)will communicate the registered swimmers.
