OPEN WATER SWIMMING PROMOTIONAL TRAINING PROGRAMME (Camp duration - 2 days)

A New Beginning for Open Water Swimming in India

We are pleased to announce that India’s first open water swimming centre has organised a special Training Programme for open water swimming.

Swimmers can select the date to participate according to their convenience.

Duration – 2 days (12th and 13th March, 2022)

Registration Fee - (T-shirt & Training Card) = ₹ 250/-

    Eligibility :

  • Age 10 years and Above- Male/Female
  • Swimming capacity Minimum 15 Minutes Swimming without Support.
  • Medically Fit

    • Aims of the Training Programme :

  • To promote the open water swimming in India.
  • To develop the confidence.
  • To give an experience in open water (Sea)
  • To Teach how to Swim in Sea.
  • To Prepare for open water competitive swimming.
  • To prepare for solo swimming in sea as well as channels.

    • Training Session 2 hours :


  • Registration Fee (T-shirt & Training Card) ₹ 250
    Boat/Lifeguard & Safety Equipment ₹ 900
    Coaching Fee. ₹ 400
    Total ₹ 1550

    (For swimmers who wish to participate on both days (12 &13 March 2022), a concession will be applied with respect to the registration fee). 2-Days expenses is ₹ 2850.

    • Essentials for Participants :

    Each participant must carry his/her own swimming essentials as follows:
  • ✅ Swimming Costumes
  • ✅ Swimming Goggles
  • ✅Swimming Cap
  • ✅Vaseline/Petroleum Jelly
  • ✅ Tow Float (Available on rental basis)
  • Certificate will be awarded to all participants after completion if the training.
  • Note : After Registration, Swimming Test will be decided if required. The Registration is non-refundable or non-transferable.

    • Special Note :

  • This programme will depend on the situation of Covid-19 Omicron. We will follow the guidelines of Govt laid down by them from time to time. If the situation is not suitale, the programme will be postponed.
